Key Responsibilities:
- Design and refine manufacturing workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Supervise maintenance, installation, and upgrades of production equipment.
- Identify and resolve technical issues affecting operations.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or engineering, with experience in process improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration across teams.
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance and quality assurance standards.

- Lean Six Sigma
- EPA 608 Universal Certification

Compensation:
Annual salary ranges from $65,000 to $80,000, based on experience and qualifications.
