Expanded Day Learning Classroom Lead

Under the direction of the After-School Program coordinator and Site Leader, the Expanded-Day Learning Classroom Lead will assist in the care, supervision, planning and implementation of learning activities of children enrolled in the After-School Program in accordance with school district policies and in compliance with State and Federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Pass a basic skills examination in reading, writing and mathematics.  District paraeducator test OR NCLB paraeducator certificate OR (at least) 48 college semester units.  (The district paraeducator  exam is given every Thursday at 1 pm at the District Office.  Please call Dolly at 805-769-1036 to reserve)

Compensation:
$18.86 - $25.29 per hour, dependent on experience
4.7 hrs daily/ 193 days
