Event Description:
Class starts with an inspirational card & lavender spritz to set the tone. Jena will instruct a yoga flow & deep stretch for all levels. Class will allow you to unwind, get centered and enjoy the elements. Class offers modification, guidance into each yoga pose, breath work, and a guided meditation at the end of the session. Bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothes and bring layers. The Lavender farm with a beautiful view of the countryside is the perfect spot to enjoy a yoga class.
