We hear about clean eating, but what does it really mean and how can our diet help us control and cope with stress? During our presentation, Eat Clean. Reduce Stress. Live Better. Leslie Kubin from Healing the Quantum Way will help us identify simple ways to make impactful changes to our diet as well as tips to reduce stress.
