Honor Flight Central Coast strives to honor all of America’s veterans by taking them to Washington D.C. on their “Tour of Honor” as their guest. Once there, they can visit and reflect at their memorials which have been built to honor their service. Bear McGill will share stories about past tours and answer questions during his presentation, "Honoring Our Central Coast Heroes."
Our Speaker
Bear McGill
Bear McGill has lived his whole life right here in Templeton. When he learned about the Honor Flight program in 2013 he decided to go on a trip with Honor Flight Kern County. As members from the local area worked to form a local chapter, Bear was the first person to volunteer to be the board president and has been the president of Honor Flight Central Coast of California since its start in January of 2014.
