Director of Community Development
for the City of Paso Robles
Frace has been a resident of San Luis Obispo County for the past 21 years. He began his planning career 30 years ago after graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and has held a variety of private and public sector planning jobs throughout the State. Prior to starting his job in Paso Robles in 2015, he served as the director of community development for the City of Atascadero for 14 years. Past planning accomplishments that he is most proud of include an Atascadero General Plan, Atascadero Downtown Master Plan, Sunken Garden restoration, and construction of the Galaxy Theatre in Colony Square.

The Rice Partnership is a boutique wealth management firm offering creative solutions, helping families fulfill their legacies and providing peace of mind. Ashley Wilken heads up The Rice Partnership’s office in San Luis Obispo. Ms. Wilken is a Cal Poly graduate with a degree in Agribusiness and an MBA with a concentration in Agribusiness. Previous to The Rice Partnership, she worked as a commercial and agricultural lender in San Luis Obispo County. Ms. Wilken is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and NFLPA Registered Player Financial Advisor.

Danna Stroud
Government Affairs & Public Policy Coordinator for the Paso Robles Chamber
Being raised in Paso Robles and having over 30 years of experience in the tourism and recreation industries, Stroud brings her deep connections with the community now to the Chamber. Throughout her career, she has advocated for change and helped frame policy and legislative issues at local and state levels. Stroud is an expert at developing communication channels to inform businesses about policy matters. She focuses her efforts toward local regulations, economic crisis response and representing our Chamber members at local, state, and national levels.
