Come back on Sunday for a great Vintage Paso Cooking Demo with Walter! Classically trained in his native Italy, Walter is full of wisdom about cooking, wine, and living the good life. This Vintage Paso our theme is: MAIALE!! Pork, Pork & More Pork Cooking Class. This class features four dishes featuring this most versatile and humble, yet sumptuously satisfying ingredient: Spaghetti alla Carbonara, Maiale Tonnato, Saltimbocca alla Romana, and Cordon Bleu di Maiale.
