About the Tribute performers:
Bulgarian-born and San Francisco-based impressionistic chamber jazz guitarist and composer Hristo Vitchev has been called one of the newest and most innovative voices in modern jazz guitar. Captivating audiences across the globe, the musician has already released seven critically acclaimed albums as bandleader, plus four releases as a co-leader.

Rick Vandivier is a luminary in the San Francisco Bay jazz scene. The San Jose Mercury (9/7/17) wrote "Vandivier has been a steady force as a player and teacher, and he's never sounded better than on his new album "Under One Roof" (Avatar Productions). JazzQuad (10/4/17) says "Rick's guitar reigns unchallenged on this album." JazzWeek certified that Under One Roof was one of the albums "most added" nationwide to jazz radio stations in their October 9th listing. Rick has performed with the likes of Smith Dobson, David Grisman, Albert ”Tootie” Heath, Dr. Lonnie Smith, and Carl Saunders.

Recently proclaimed the San Francisco Area’s #1 jazz guitarist, Terrence Brewer is an in-demand bandleader, producer, performer, studio musician, and music educator. He has performed to sold-out crowds at the Monterey Jazz Festival, Yoshi’s, and the San Francisco Jazz Festival. Brewer has also produced eight albums that have had several top ten appearances on the national jazz charts.
