Templeton High School Drama presents the classic Broadway comedy Stage Door, November 2nd-4th & 9th-11th, at the Templeton Performing Arts Center. The hopes and ambitions of sixteen aspiring actresses play out hilariously at the New York City boarding house of Mrs. Orcutt – a former actress herself. The courageous Terry Randall fights discouragement as she strives to work in the theatre. One of her fellow actresses gives up, one gets married, and one goes into the movies, but Terry is determined to achieve her goal. Other colorful characters include Mattie the maid, the young men callers, a movie magnate, and Keith Burgess, the playwright who "goes Hollywood." Show times are 7 PM, with Saturday matinees at 2 PM. Tickets are $12 for General Admission, $10 for students and seniors, and can be purchased online at: https://thsstagedoor.brownpapertickets.com/
