We will be wrapping up Wine Festival Weekend with our fun and informative La Tavola Cooking Class, at 1:00pm on Sunday in our Barrel Room. Winemaker Michael Barreto will guide you through the preparation of the dish featured in our special La Tavola shipment: a magnificently seared and glazed duck breast paired with a limited release bottling of estate Syrah.  Learn the tips and tricks to put it all together, and sample the completed dish before you try it at home.
