Our private winemaker dinners are once a month, and limited seating for a maximum of 20-guests . Kati (Owner's wife) is the main host; she designs all the menus, prepares all the items fresh "farm-to-table", and serves in a friendly style hospitality. DInner includes a bottle of Wild Coyote's Classic Reds. Gianni (Owner/Winemaker) will make a round and toast a glass of wine with all his guests...
