Spokes for Nonprofits is hosting Board Academy Training

Whether you are an experienced board member or just considering becoming one, the Spokes Board Academy will equip you with the knowledge you need to be an informed and effective member of a nonprofit board of directors. You are welcome to attend one module or all seven.

Governance: This module provides an overview of:

  • Key federal, state, and local laws governing nonprofit organizations

  • How to structure nonprofit organizations through articles of incorporation, bylaws, and policies

  • Board Structure, board officer positions, and the use of committees

$40 per session for Not-Yet-Members
$25 per session for Spokes members
