Join Paso Robles winemakers at Indigo Moon in Cambria for this special multi-course dinner on Friday, February 9 at 6:30 p.m.
Pick your winemaker, as each course will be paired with wine from your selected winery (although sharing amongst tables is highly encouraged).
Seating is limited to 56.
1st course: Seared Diver Scallops on Shaved Brussel sprouts with pancetta and a lemon beurre blanc
2nd course: Oven Roasted Quail with a wild mushroom stuffing on wilted arugula with toasted pine nuts and a blackberry gastrique
3rd course: Coffee Rubbed Short Rib, potato galette, roasted and pureed cauliflower with a cabernet pomegranate sauce
Dessert course: Chocolate truffle torte with a pistachio crème anglaise
