2021 Wellness Kickoff

Start the new year off on a positive note by taking some time to focus on health and self-care at the 2021 Wellness Kickoff! Central Coast residents are invited to enjoy live music, a mindfulness activity and the chance to win wellness-themed prizes at this virtual event, to be held on Thursday, Jan. 28, 2021 at 4 p.m. Hosted by Verdin and Transitions Mental-Health Association (TMHA), attendees will receive a sneak peek of the “Save the Number” campaign, which calls on community members to save the Central Coast Hotline, (800) 783-0607, to their phones. Attendance is free with a suggested donation of $10. The Central Coast Hotline strives to educate the community reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness by offering free guidance, crisis and suicide prevention and service referrals in San Luis Obispo County, Santa Maria and Lompoc.
